We understand, sometimes things change that can get in the way of your learning!
Is it more than 7 days before your class or did you book less than 24hrs ago?
If your class is more than 7 days away, or your booking was made less than 24hrs ago, then cancelling is easy. You can either click the "Manage Booking" button in any of your emails or below to be taken to your Bookings page.
N.B. You must be logged into your Obby user account to access this page. If you do not have a user account - please create one now using the same email address that you used to purchase your class. If you do not have an account using the same email address you used to purchase your class, you will not be able to make any changes.
Once you successfully open your bookings page, find the booking you want to reschedule and click the "Cancel" button that appears underneath the details (example below).
You will be taken to a new page (below), this will take you through the cancellation process. Simply select your reason, leave a message so that we can let the Teacher know why you need to cancel and then select your refund method.
Once you fill out the necessary information and click "Cancel Booking" you will be sent an email confirming your cancellation.
Is it less than a week before your class?
If your class is less than 7 days away, then sadly we are unable to authorise a cancellation unless your circumstances are exceptional.
Exceptional circumstances include:
- Death of immediate family member or guest;
- Sudden serious illness or injury (which will require medical proof);
- Serious natural disasters affecting your travel.
