Admins have the ability to cancel your plan and deactivate your domains at any time. If you are not a Admin, you'll have to contact your account's admin to cancel your subscription.
Go to Settings then click Plans & Billing.
2. At the bottom of the page, click "Cancel Plan".
Your data will be securely stored for 90 days from the date of deactivation before being permanently removed from our systems. To reactivate your domain, Admins must sign back in within the 90-day window.
