Why is my SVG logo disappearing or showing an all black square?

Sometimes a logo background is set to black which blends in with your SVG logo. To make your SVG logo visible follow these steps:

  • In the Brand Assets page, hover over the logo

  • Click "..." on the top right hand corner

  • Select "swap background". The logo background will turn to white and you should be able to see your logo correctly!

If swapping your logo background didn't help, the SVG logo has likely been exported incorrectly. We recommend double checking how your SVG shapes have been grouped and exporting the SVG logo again and re-uploading it to Obello.

Additionally, check to make sure your SVG logo content is not being clipped (eg., Unclick "Clip Content" if your logo lives in Figma before exporting).
