Saved layouts are one or more designed blocks that you can simply drag and drop into an email template. Save common layouts (eg., headers) so you can add them to future designs more easily.
To save a layout, select the block(s) you want to save. Hold shift and select if saving multiple blocks as one layout. Right click and select "Save Layout".
From then on, your layouts will live under "Saved" in the left side panel.
