Set up your Brand Voice in Obello to help Wordsmith - Obello’s AI text generation and editing tool - stay on brand. Your Brand Voice should reflect the tone of your brand as well as words/phrases to include or exclude.
Note: Brand Voice will help enforce what is generated using Wordsmith, but it will not effect manual text updates by admins, editors, or creators.
To set up your Brand Voice, click “Brand Voice” in the left side panel.
From there you can edit your Brand Voice in two ways:
Upload a PDF of your Brand Guidelines, or other documentation that explains your brand’s tone of voice, words/phrases to include or exclude. Obello will extract information from your guidelines to create your Brand Voice. You can always update and refine your Brand Voice after the initial upload.
Describe your Brand Voice manually. Manually enter guidelines for your brand voice. Remember to include descriptions of the brand tone, words/phrases you want to include or exclude.
