Your Options
Your notification preferences are stored on your profile and include two toggles: email notifications and in-app notifications. You can turn either on or off independently.
Email notifications
When enabled, you receive emails for key events, including case status changes, verdict announcements, investigator assignment updates, team invitations, and identity verification outcomes.
In-app notifications
When enabled, you receive notifications within the platform itself. These appear in your notification feed and alert you to activity relevant to your cases, applications, or profile.
How to change
Open your account settings and toggle the notification switches. Changes take effect immediately - there is no delay or confirmation step.
Default state
New accounts start with both notification types enabled. You can adjust them at any time after registration.
