What the payment covers
Every objection filed on the platform requires funding the investigation. This is a monetary amount you commit when filing your case. The fee serves two purposes: it compensates investigators for their work, and it signals that you are filing in good faith.
How payment is processed
Payment is handled through Stripe. Once you submit your objection package, a payment page is created, and your card is charged. The funding status of your case moves from unfunded to funded once the payment clears. Your case cannot proceed to investigation until payment is confirmed.
