The Process & Outcomes

A step-by-step guide to the post-filing process.

Updated over a week ago

Once your objection is accepted, the following process begins:

Step 1: Procedural review — Your objection is reviewed for completeness and validity. If it passes, it moves to the next stage.

Step 2: Author notification — The person who made the statement (the Author) is notified. They are given the opportunity to acknowledge, respond, or offer to rectify.

Step 3: Investigator assignment — Qualified Investigators are matched to your case. They begin gathering and submitting evidence under the EJ-1.

Step 4: Evidence stage — Both sides submit evidence. The Author may submit their own evidence in defense. You may add to the evidentiary record.

Step 5: Determination — A ruling is issued by the AI Tribunal based on the adversarial evidence record. This is preserved permanently as a public record.

Step 6: Appeal window — Either party may appeal under defined conditions (new evidence, reasoning error, or procedural impropriety).
