Objection serves four types of participants:
Objectors — People or institutions who want to challenge a false or misleading public statement. This includes public figures, founders, researchers, journalists, and credible members of the public.
Investigators — Compensated contributors who submit admissible evidence in contested cases. Think investigative journalists, intelligence officers, researchers, OSINT specialists, and domain experts.
Authors — The originators of statements that have been challenged. Authors are notified of objections and have the right to respond, submit evidence, and appeal.
The Public — Anyone can view published case records and outcomes, which are preserved as a permanent public record of accuracy.
