Are Objection's judgments legally binding?

Understanding the legal status of Objection determinations.

Updated over a week ago

No. Objection's determinations are not legally binding court judgments.

Objection is a structured adversarial review platform—not a court of law. Its determinations reflect the outcome of an evidence-based process, not a legal ruling.

However, parties can contractually agree in advance to treat Objection as a binding arbitration mechanism by executing an Objection Protection™ (a Truth Arbitration Agreement). When both parties have signed this agreement before the engagement, the determination may be enforceable under applicable arbitration law.

Objection is clear that it is not practicing law, and its determinations should not be treated as legal advice.
