Can I appeal an outcome?

The conditions under which a judgment can be appealed.

Updated over a week ago

Yes. All participants have the right to appeal any judgment through the mechanisms on the Objection platform.

An appeal is granted under one of three conditions:

New Evidence β€” Discovery of material facts that were not available during the initial review.

Procedural Impropriety β€” Failures such as conflicts of interest or procedural violations.

When an appeal is filed, the judgment is immediately labeled "in course of appeal" to prevent the spread of misinformation while the review is underway. Objection is committed to responding rapidly to complaints and appeals.
