"Sets" and "sections" are used to structure the menu, organize products and define the customer journey.
Sets, located at the top of the consumer interface, each bring together several sections.
Sections, in turn, are made up of different product categories.
Creating sets
Click on the cocktail icon in the sidebar
Then click on "Manage sets" and create them.
A Set is the highest level of your menu's structure, and will appear at the very top. A "Set" groups together "Sections."
2. Creating sections
Click on "All my products", then on the "Section" dropdown menu.
Click on "Add a section"
To manage sections, click on "Section management"
⚠️ Each section must be associated with a set in order to appear on the final interface.
3. Creating one or more categories
⚠️ To add products to a section, creating at least one category is mandatory. If there is only one category, it will not be displayed on screen.
Add a category.
Summary
This is a hierarchy to remember :
Set : the main tabs the customer sees first
→ Section : groups within a Set, displayed on the side
→ Category : groups of products within a Section, often hidden if there's only one
→ Product : the individual items customers order.
Each level exists to make navigation easier for the customer and organization easier for your menu.
