How to change Click & Collect delays & time slots ?

  1. Access the back office

    • Log in to your establishment's back office

  2. Access the products section

    • In the left menu, click on the cocktail icon (Products)

  3. Access the kiosk menu settings

    • Go to Menus

    • On the Kiosk Menu line, click on configure (button on the right)

  4. Access Click & Collect settings

    • Click on the Click and Collect tab

  5. Edit the opening hours

    • Open the Click & Collect Opening Hours section

    • Edit the time slots according to your needs

    • Click on Apply opening hours if necessary

    • Confirm

  6. Understanding time slots and quotas

    In each time period, you must configure two elements :

    Time slot (in minutes)

    • Corresponds to the collection frequency offered to customers

    • Example :

      • 10 min slot → the customer can choose :

        • 11:30 / 11:40 / 11:50 / 12:00…

    The shorter the slot → the more time choices available → the more production pressure


    Order quota

    • Corresponds to the maximum number of orders per slot

    • Example :

      • Quota = 20

      • Slot = 10 min

    Maximum 20 orders between 11:30 and 11:40, then 20 between 11:40 and 11:50, etc.

  7. Configure delays

    A delay = preparation time in your kitchen (for example, you need 15 min to prepare an order). If it is 11:25, your customers will not be able to place an order for 11:30.

    • Enable the relevant days

    • Click on + add a delay schedule

    • Define:

      • The time period (e.g.: 11:30 → 14:00)

      • The preparation delay (e.g.: 15 min)
