How to configure your points-based loyalty program ?

The points-based loyalty program allows you to reward your customers with every purchase. You define the accumulation rules (e.g.: €1 spent = 10 points) and the associated rewards (e.g.: 100 points = €1 discount). You can also assign additional points for specific products or orders, and boost points during certain time slots.

Step 1 : Access the program settings

  1. In the left menu, click on Loyalty

  2. Select the program to configure

  3. Click on Edit.

The Program activation toggle at the top of the page allows you to suspend the program at any time. Your customers will no longer be able to earn points, but will still be able to use those already accumulated.

Step 2 : Select your restaurants

  1. In the Restaurants section, check the establishments where the program will be active.

  2. Use Select all to check them all at once.

  3. Click on Edit to confirm.

Step 3 : Define the conditions for earning points

In the Points earning conditions section, create the rules that trigger the allocation of points. You can combine several.

For each rule, fill in the following fields :

  • Trigger : choose what earns points

    • Every X euros — an amount spent earns points

    • Every order — any order earns points

    • Specific product — a specific product earns points

    • Product from a category — any product from a category earns points

    • In-person order — an order placed at the till earns points

    • Prepaid card scan — scanning a prepaid card earns points

  • How much : the threshold that triggers the allocation (e.g.: 1 for "every 1 euro")

  • Points : the number of points awarded

  • Configuration :

    • Tier — points are awarded only when the exact threshold is reached

    • Pro-rata — points are calculated proportionally to each purchase

Click on Add to save the rule.

Example : 10 points per euro spent → Trigger: Every X euros, How much: 1, Points : 10.

Step 4 : Deactivate or delete a rule

  • Deactivate : click on the box to the left of the rule. Orange = active, white = inactive.

  • Delete : click on the red bin icon on the right. This action is permanent.

Step 5 : Configure the reward products

Go to Products in the left menu.

  1. Import from your till : click on Import from back-office to automatically retrieve your products from your till software.

  2. Add a category manually :

    • Click on Add a category

    • Enter the name (e.g.: Drinks, Desserts…)

    • Confirm.

  3. Add a product manually :

    • Click on Add a product

    • Fill in the name and POS code

    • Choose a pictogram via Edit pictogram

    • Check the relevant establishments in the Restaurants section. If the POS code differs by establishment, enter it directly in the POS field next to each restaurant)

    • Optionally associate the product with a category

    • Click on Save.

To edit an existing product, click on Edit next to it, make your changes and save.

Use the search bar or the Category filter to find a product quickly. Click on View categories to display all your products grouped together.

Step 6 : Associate products or categories with a bonus points rule

In Loyalty → Edit, create a specific rule for a product or category:

  • In the trigger, select Specific product or Product from a category

  • Choose the product or category

  • Enter the number of points to award

  • Click on Add

Example : a Tiramisu or any product from the Desserts category earns 10 additional points.

Step 7 : Configure the proposed rewards

You have 3 types of rewards, which can be combined :
