💡 In this mode, your customers accumulate points with each purchase according to the rules you define (e.g.: €1 spent = 1 point). These points are automatically converted into euros and credited to their digital bankroll, usable as a discount on a future order. You can also assign bonus points for certain products or specific orders.
Step 1 : Access the program settings
In the left menu, click on Loyalty
Select the program to configure
Click on Edit
Step 2 : Select your restaurants
In the Restaurants section, check the establishments where the program will be active.
Use Select all to check them all at once.
Click on Edit to confirm.
Step 3 : Define the conditions for earning points
In the Points earning conditions section, configure the rules that trigger the allocation of points. You can combine several.
For each rule, fill in :
Trigger : what earns points (Every X euros, Every order, Specific product, Product from a category, In-person order, Prepaid card scan)
How much : the trigger threshold (e.g.: 1 for "every 1 euro")
Points : the number of points awarded
Configuration : Tier (exact threshold to reach) or Pro-rata (proportional calculation)
Click on Add to save the rule.
Example : €1 spent = 10 points → Trigger: Every X euros, How much: 1, Points : 10.
Step 4 : Activate Cashback mode
In the Proposed rewards section, enable the Cashback mode toggle (it turns green).
Step 5 : Deactivate or delete a points earning rule
Deactivate : click on the box to the left of the rule. Orange = active, white = inactive.
Delete : click on the red bin icon on the right. This action is permanent.
Step 6 : Configure the points → euros conversion
Once Cashback mode is activated, define the conversion rate:
In the Number of points field, enter the number of points required (e.g.: 10)
In the Reward in € field, enter the corresponding value (e.g.: 0.10)
Click on Save
Example : 10 points = €0.10 credited to the customer's bankroll.
Step 7 : Activate the pot linked to the program
This step is essential for cashback to work. Without an active bankroll, the euros resulting from the points conversion cannot be credited or used by your customers.
In the left menu, click on Bankroll
Click on Bankroll
Click on the Edit button
On the configuration page:
Program name : you can customise the name "Bankroll" (e.g.: "Bankroll - My Restaurant")
Establishments : check the establishments that will be able to use the bankroll (payment, top-up, cashback)
Default establishment benefiting from online bankroll top-ups : select from the dropdown menu the establishment that will receive online top-ups by default
Source management : if necessary, you can add sources to hide here (e.g.: hide a source before it has even been used)
Click on Edit to save your settings.
