How to configure bankroll validity days ?

You can automatically configure the number of bankroll top-up validity days across all your establishments. A different — but shorter — duration can also be entered directly when topping up a contact or a list of contacts.

The duration defined across all establishments must always be greater than that entered for an individual contact or a list. For example, if you set 60 days globally, you can indicate 15 days for a contact, but not 80 — in which case you would first need to increase the global duration.

1. Set the validity across all establishments

  1. In the left menu, click on Company

  2. In the "Information" section, scroll down to the field "Number of bankroll top-up validity days (can be entered per top-up)"

  3. Enter the desired number of days

  4. Save

Just above, you will find the field "Number of loyalty points validity days", which allows you to define an automatic expiration of points accumulated by your customers.

2. Set the validity for an individual contact

  • In the left menu, click on Contacts

  • Search for the contact via the search bar (last name, first name or email)

  • Click on their email address to open their record

  • Click on the Bankrolls tab

If the message "No bankroll" appears :

  1. From the dropdown menu at the top of the record, select Add a bankroll

  2. Click on Confirm — the Bankroll is now linked to the contact

  3. Go back to the Bankrolls tab and click on Bankroll

If a bankroll already exists :

  • Click on Bankroll

Then :

  1. Click on Add a history

  2. Enter the amount to credit in euros

  3. Enter the desired number of validity days

  4. Click on Confirm

The amount will automatically be reset to zero after the defined number of days.

3. Set the validity for a list of contacts via CSV import

  1. In the left menu, click on Contacts

  2. Click on the Import contacts button

  3. In the window that opens, click on download an example to retrieve the CSV template

  4. Open the file and fill in the following columns, strictly respecting the order and exact headings :
