Quickly find any contact and view all information linked to their loyalty account.
In the left menu, click Contacts
Enter the email address, last name or first name in the search bar
Check Search by email with partial input for an approximate search
Click Search, then click on the contact's email address
On the contact profile, you can view :
Opt-in status and update date :
Click Edit
Then Confirm
Total amount spent, average basket, most ordered product
Transaction history
Available rewards
Bankroll balance
Via the dropdown menu at the top of the profile, you can also act directly on the contact :
Add points
Add a reward
Add a bankroll
Purge points
Let them play a game (gamification)
