It is essential to analyze statistics after sending email campaigns. This allows you to measure the effectiveness of your marketing actions and adjust your future campaigns based on the results obtained. Analysis after sending an email campaign
Access Campaigns : Click the "Campaigns" tab in the main menu
Select the Campaign : Click on the name of the campaign you want to analyze
Access Analytics : Click the "Analytics" button located at the top right of the page
Statistics Analysis : You will have access to the following information
Contact Breakdown after sending a campaign
Initial List
Number of unique contacts : This figure is displayed in the gray box and represents the total number of contacts targeted at the start of the campaign.
Number sent and delivery percentage
Sent : The total number of emails sent.
Delivery percentage : The percentage of messages actually delivered to recipients. This information is displayed in the green box.
Number excluded with details and percentage
Non-opt-ins : These contacts have chosen not to receive communications. They are excluded from the campaign to respect their choice not to be contacted.
Archived : These are contacts you have decided to archive in the database, so they will no longer receive communications.
Anonymous : Contacts without an email
Marketing pressure : To avoid over-soliciting and reduce customer dissatisfaction, contacts do not receive multiple messages on the same day. This ensures better management of sending frequency and improves the customer experience.
Blacklist : These contacts are on the blacklist and will no longer receive communications. This can be due to several factors:
The email address no longer exists or is invalid
The contact's mailbox is full, preventing receipt of new messages
Emails sent to this address have been flagged as spam
Each category contributes to the accuracy of your reports and allows you to optimize your future campaigns by better understanding the contact breakdown and the reasons for exclusions.
Campaign statistics
Total number sent : Total number of messages sent, as well as the percentages of "delivered" and "failed" messages
Delivered : Messages that were successfully delivered to recipients' inboxes
Failed : Messages that could not be delivered for various reasons (incorrect email address, server unavailable, etc.)
Number of unique openers : Indicates the number and percentage of recipients who opened your email or SMS
Unique openers : Number of distinct recipients who opened the message at least once
Number of unique clickers: Indicates the number and percentage of recipients who clicked on at least one link in your message
Unique clickers: Number of distinct recipients who clicked on one or more links in the message
Conversions after sending : Shows the number and percentage of conversions obtained after sending the email campaign; this figure evolves based on your customers' behavior.
Conversion : Desired action performed by the recipient, such as an order placed online or in-store.
Conversions among unique openers : Shows the number and percentage of conversions among those who opened the message.
Conversions among unique clickers : Shows the number and percentage of conversions among those who clicked on a link in the message.
