Import your existing contact database in bulk using a CSV file.
If your contacts have different phone country codes, create one file per country code (e.g. one file for +33, another for +32).
From Contacts, click Import contacts
Click download an example to retrieve the template
Fill in the columns :

Valid email address, no spaces | |
first_name | First name (with accents and capitals) |
last_name | Last name (with accents and capitals) |
phone | Number without country code |
point | Number of points (0 if empty) |
marketing_opt_in | 1 = opt-in, 0 = opt-out |
cents_to_add | Bankroll amount × 100 (e.g. €15 = 1500) |
birth_date | Date of birth DD/MM/YYYY |
override_days_validity | Validity days for the bankroll top-up |
tags (optional) | Tags separated by an underscore _ |
4. Save as .CSV
5. Import the file and configure :
Relevant establishment
Phone country code
Update if existing (for contacts already in the database)
Add to a list (optional)
6. Click Confirm
7. Verify the import by searching for a contact in the database
In case of error, check that the column headers have not been modified and that the file is saved in CSV format.
