To optimise your program and maximise its impact, regularly analyse your data. Obypay offers you several reading levels: a management dashboard, detailed statistics by indicator, a product analytics view and a real-time activity log.
a) Available tools
Dashboard — global view The loyalty back-office home page permanently displays 3 key indicators :
Number of loyalty cards created (including customer accounts and anonymous cards)
Number of points earned
Number of points used
Below, an activity log lists in real time all recent actions: card unlocking, scan, rewards, orders… Filter by action type, by period (3 days, 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year) and by establishment. Export the data via the Export button.
Dashboard Stats — detailed statistics
Click on the Statistics button at the top right of the Dashboard to access detailed statistics, filterable by period and comparable over two periods.

Track the performance of your Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes.
b) Best practices
Check regularly — at least once a week, to monitor trends and quickly identify actions to take.
Use filters — period, establishment and action type to obtain precise data and understand seasonal or site-specific variations.
Compare two periods — activate the comparison in Dashboard Stats to measure the impact of your marketing actions or a program change.
Analyse peaks and troughs — identify periods of high and low activity and adapt your campaigns and points boosts accordingly.
Export your data — use the Export button on the Dashboard to share results with your team or analyse them in a spreadsheet.
