Obypay online store URL
Enter the link to your click-and-collect, online ordering or loyalty interface. This link can then be used as a placeholder [[URL_ONLINE_SHOP]] in your email/SMS campaigns and automations.
SMS sender
Customise the name displayed upon receipt of your SMS messages so that your customers can easily identify you.
Loyalty points validity
Define the number of days during which loyalty points are valid. Beyond this period, points expire automatically.
Bankroll top-up validity
Define the number of days during which bankroll top-ups are valid. The amount is automatically reset to zero after this period.
The duration defined here must be greater than that entered for an individual contact or a list. Example: if you set 60 days at the global level, you can indicate 15 days for a contact, but not 80.
Block rewards for anonymous users
Prevent anonymous users (prepaid or physical cards without an account) from unlocking rewards or gifts. They will need to create a loyalty account to benefit from them — which allows you to collect their data.
Block the bankroll for anonymous users
Prevent the use of the bankroll without a loyalty account. Same benefit: encourages account creation and customer data collection.

Use this link on your website to allow your prospects to sign up for your communications. Subscribers will automatically be created as marketing contacts in your database and can be targeted by SMS or email.
