When a customer creates their loyalty account or receives a prepaid card, they can add their card directly to their phone's wallet. The benefits: quick access without searching for their card, automatic points update, and less risk of loss.
Step 1 : Access the configuration
In the left menu, click on Company
Scroll down to the Pass configuration section.
Step 2 : Configure the pass design
Fill in the following fields :

Background colour | Main background colour of the pass |
Title colour | Colour of the titles displayed on the pass (e.g.: "Loyalty card", "Points") |
Subtitle colour | Colour of subtitles and secondary information |
Image | Visual banner of the pass (PNG/JPG) |
Text on the back of the pass | Text displayed on the back of the pass (terms, legal notices, useful links…) |
Apple pass icon | Icon displayed in Apple's Wallet app (PNG/JPG) |
Click on Save to confirm.
Step 3 : Create the Google Class
If you do not yet have a Google Class (required for Google Wallet) :
Click on Save
Click on Create Google Class
Step 4 : Test the result
Go to your point of sale link from your mobile
Log in to a loyalty account
Add the pass to your wallet to check the rendering
Step 5: Update the passes
After any design modification, click on Update Apple and Google Wallet to force the update across all your customers' phones, without waiting for the next automatic notification.
Only passes actually installed on phones are targeted. Each send is counted for billing purposes.
