Open the Products tab
At the top right of the P.Point interface, click on the Products tab. The page is made up of two sections : Visibility of your products and Visibility of your options.
Find a product
Use the "filter by product" field, located at the bottom left of the page, to quickly find an item.
Disable a product or option (out of stock)
Whether in Visibility of your products or Visibility of your options, the principle is the same :
Click on the product or option : it turns red and becomes unavailable on the digital menu.
Click on it again : it turns green and becomes available again.
Set a downtime duration (optional)
Click on the clock icon next to the product or option, then choose the unavailability duration (e.g. 10 min, 30 min, 1 h, 4 h…). The item automatically becomes available again at the end of the duration.
In summary
Products tab = manage the availability of your products and options in real time
Red = disabled / unavailable · Green = available
The clock allows for an automatic temporary disable
Ideal for managing an out-of-stock situation without modifying your menu
