Opening hours define the time slots during which your customers can place orders via the on-site QR code and the order kiosk. Outside of these slots, ordering is automatically disabled.
Log in to your back-office
In the left menu, click on the cogwheel icon
Click on the General tab
Find the "Automatic Hours" section
Configure each day
For each day of the week:
Enable or disable the day using the toggle next to the day's name.
Grey toggle = ordering closed for the entire day.Enter your hours in the From (opening) and To (closing) fields.
Add a second time slot (e.g. lunch service + evening service) by clicking on + add an activation time slot.
Delete a time slot by clicking on the trash icon on the right.
