Log in to your back office
In the left menu, click on the cocktail glass icon to access your product catalogue.
In your product list, find the product you wish to add or change the photo for. You can use the Section and Category filters to find the product more easily.
In the Photo column, click directly on the product image (or on the empty space if no photo is yet associated). A window opens: "Associate an image".
Click on the Change image button to select a photo from your computer.
Once your image is selected, click on Confirm to save. The photo is immediately updated on your digital menu.
Good to know : some POS systems automatically sync your product photos and descriptions to Obypay.
This is the case for Lightspeed and Zelty POS systems. Once the import is requested from your back office, the photos and descriptions entered in your POS system automatically sync to your digital menu. You simply need to make the changes in your POS system, then relaunch the import from the back office for the changes to sync. However, you can still always manually replace a photo by following the steps above.
