Log in to your back-office
Click on the cogwheel icon
Click on the POINTS OF SALE tab.
Click on the + next to the relevant point of sale type to expand it.
Scroll down to the Required Fields section.
In the Anonymous Order and Order with Obypay Account columns, enable the Phone field.
Click on Validate.
Enable SMS notification
Still in the settings of the same point of sale, continue scrolling down to the Notifications section.
Enable the option By SMS under the line "Notify the customer when their order is ready for pickup".
Click on Validate.
Good to know
Enabling SMS notifications incurs an additional cost per message sent. Remember to contact your Obypay CSM to find out the current rates before enabling this option.
