This level gives access to P.Point, the real-time order tracking interface. The child account username is not your email address — it is a specific identifier defined in the back office.
Log in to your back office with your master credentials
Click on the 2 crossing arrows on the left to open the menu
Click on Connection
4. Click on the person icon at the top right to open your profile.
5. Enter your new password, then confirm.
