The Boost tab allows you to multiply the points earned by your customers over specific periods and time slots.
Access the Boost
In the left menu, click on Loyalty
Select your loyalty program
Click on the Edit button
At the top of the page, click on the Boost tab (next to "Information")
Click on + Add a booster
A window opens with the following fields :
1. Define the bonus
In the Bonus (%) field, enter the desired bonus percentage
The multiplier is automatically displayed in orange on the right
💡 +10% → ×1.1 | +50% → ×1.5 | +100% → ×2
2. Define the application period
Enter the Start date — first day the boost will be active
Enter the End date — last day the boost will be active
Two boosters cannot have overlapping periods.
3. Activate the booster
Check the Activate this booster box if you want it to start immediately
Leave it unchecked to create it on standby and activate it later
4. Define the time slots
In the Time slots section, select the Day from the dropdown menu (Every day or a specific day)
Enter the start time in the From field
Enter the end time in the To field
To add multiple slots, click on + Add a time slot and repeat the process
5. Save
Click on Add a booster to save
The booster appears in the list with its period and time slots. You can at any time :
Edit — change the settings
Deactivate — pause the boost without deleting it
Analytics — view the results
Delete — permanently delete the booster
📌 Example : +100% (×2) every Friday from 6 PM to 10 PM, from June 1st to 30th — your customers double their points during this time slot.
