The inactivity page is the screen displayed on your kiosk when no order is in progress. You can add up to 4 images or a video that will loop continuously.
Log in to your back-office
Click on the Points of Sale tab
Locate your Kiosk type point of sale
In the "Point of sale environment" tile, click on Inactivity page images (for images) or Inactivity page video (for a video).
Option A — Add images (1080 x 1920 px - PNG format)
Click on the Image 1 field to open the file selector.
Select the desired image from your computer, then confirm.
Repeat the process for the Image 2, Image 3 and Image 4 fields if you want a slideshow (up to 4 images in total).
Click on the Activate button to enable the display of images on the kiosk.
Save your changes.
Option B — Add a video (1080 x 1920 px - maximum 10 MB and 45 seconds)
In the Inactivity page video section, click on the file field to open the selector.
Select your video file from your computer and confirm.
Click on the Activate button to enable video playback on the kiosk.
Save your changes.
Good to know : Images and video are two distinct options. Only activate the one you wish to use.
