Payment method management on kiosks may differ from the one used for e-commerce orders.
Thus, depending on your kiosk model, only the Adyen Terminal or Tap to Pay payment methods will be affected.
1. Access the back office
Log in to your establishment's back office
In the sidebar, click on the gear icon. Then click on "Points of Sale"
2. Enable/disable a payment method
Click on the + next to your Kiosk environment
Scroll down to the Sale Type section
Check or uncheck the payment method as needed
Adyen Terminal : corresponds to all payments initiated from the payment terminal (card reader) associated with your kiosk.
Tap to Pay : corresponds to all payments initiated directly on your kiosk's screen (Tap to Pay models only), via contactless.
Pay on-site : corresponds to orders that will be settled later at the till.
