Occupop's HTML iFrames Job Listing is a simple solution for your existing careers page.

It provides a standardized design that you can customize with settings like search options, font size, color, and additional job details. When candidates are interested in a job, they will be directed to your Occupop application page. Implementing this option is easy and requires minimal development.

πŸ” From the left side menu, click on "Settings"

πŸ–ΌοΈ Within the settings menu click on "iFrame pages". This will take you to the iFrame settings page.

🎨 In the "Job Application Page" section, you have the option to customize the background colour. To do this, select the desired colour using either the hex code or the name format that matches your preferences.

πŸ“œ If you have an internal company privacy policy that you would like to include, you can do so in the "Policy Type" section. Simply provide the URL of your internal privacy policy document.

πŸ’Ύ Once you have made the desired changes, click on the "Save" button to save the settings.

πŸ“‹In the "Job Listing Page" section, you will find various options to tailor the job listings to your needs.

πŸ”Ž To begin, you can add different search fields that will help candidates filter and find relevant job listings. This can improve their user experience when searching for jobs on your careers page.

🎨 Next, you can choose the layout and colour scheme that aligns with your branding or website design. This will ensure that the job listings seamlessly integrate with your overall website aesthetics.

🏷️ Additionally, you can create and add tags to distinguish job listings on your careers page. These tags can represent specific job categories or listings, such as nurse jobs, doctor jobs, admin jobs, etc. If you want to have multiple job lists on a single page, tags are added when a job is posted.

πŸ‘οΈ In the "Visibility" section, you can specify whether you want the careers page listing to be displayed externally, internally, or both. Select the option that suits your preferences and requirements.

πŸ‘€ To get a visual representation of how the job listing will appear, you can generate a preview. Please note that if there are no live jobs posted, the preview will not display any jobs.

πŸ”§ Once you are satisfied with the customization and preview, it's time to generate the iFrame code. Locate and click on the "Generate iFrame Code" button. This will generate the code required for embedding the job listings.

πŸ“‹ Copy the generated iFrame code to your clipboard.

πŸ–₯️ Now, navigate to the HTML of your careers page where you want the job listings to be displayed. Paste the iFrame code into the appropriate location within the HTML.

⚠️ Important: Before adding the iFrame code, make sure to remove any jobs that were previously posted directly to your website. This step ensures that your job listings are exclusively pulled from Occupop and avoids any duplicate or outdated information.

πŸ’Ύ Save the changes to your careers page HTML.

πŸŽ‰ Congratulations! You have successfully created an iFrame job listing for your careers page. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, don't hesitate to ask!
