Sending Out Contracts:
To send out a contract to a candidate, follow these steps:

2. Navigate to Your Jobs: Click on the role you need to manage under My Jobs. 📝
3. Select the Candidate: Click on the candidate you wish to send the contract to. 👤
4. Upload the Contract:
- Click on the Contract tab in the candidate’s profile. 📄
- Upload your contract from your computer. 💻
- You also have the option the preview the uploaded file before sending it out
5. Send the Contract:
Once the contract is uploaded, send it to the candidate via email directly from the candidate’s profile page.
You can choose your hiring team or anyone else who needs to sign the document, or you can add your colleagues as viewers. Viewers don't need to sign the document, but they will be notified once the candidate and hiring manager have signed it.✉️
You also have the option to send customized messages to each recipient and email the candidates as needed.
Adding an E-Signature:
1. Enable E-Signature: Ensure that the e-signature feature is enabled in your Occupop settings. You may need administrative rights to adjust these settings. ⚙️
2. Candidate Receives Contract: The candidate will receive an email with a link to the contract. 📬
3. Candidate Signs Contract:
