Please follow the following to fix this:
Go to this page and Click on Ocoya app
Scroll to the bottom of the popup and click "Remove app"
Then go to this page and Remove Ocoya app from there too
Then logout from Ocoya and login back in
Try to disconnect from any Facebook / Instagram integrations you've connected
Try to connect those integrations again and please keep in mind you need to tick the checkbox on ALL the profiles in order for us to read them
If that fails, please ensure your accounts are 'Business' by following this article and/or the screenshots below.
