Initial Login into the Customer Payment Portal

This article outlines how to log into the Customer Payment Portal for the first time

Thanks for being a customer!

Here's how you can login:

  1. Go to https://portal.octane.co/register

  2. Enter your Account Number, and Last 4 of SSN and click ‘Verify Information’

    1. Your Account Number will be on the Welcome Letter that was emailed to you

  3. Review the email address on file, and create a username. Click ‘Create Account’ when completed.

  4. A temporary link will be emailed to the email address entered

  5. Click on the link and it will redirect you to complete the login

  6. Set and confirm your permanent password

  7. Complete sign up
