Thanks for being a customer! We have two ways to make online payments 24/7, our portal or one time online payments.

For our portal:

1. Navigate to portal.octane.co/login. If you haven't registered yet for the online portal, please go to portal.octane.co/register.

2. Once logged into the portal, you will see your loans listed, you can then click 'Make a Payment' and follow the steps to make a payment. The portal is advantageous because you can select regular, payoff, principal only, or fee only payments. All 4 of these options are only available via this channel.

For the one time online payments:

1. Navigate to this link

2. Verify yourself with account number and zip code

3. Once verified, follow the steps to make a payment
