How do I schedule a future payment?
Log into your account.
Proceed to the 'Payments' section and input your payment details.
In the 'Payment Date' field, you can select the day you would like the payment to be processed.
Payment Scheduling Restrictions
If your account is paid to date you can set a payment date up to your next due date plus an additional 14 days.
If your account is past due, please refer to the ruleset below:
Days Past Due | Scheduling ability |
1-29 | up to 14 days beyond the current date |
30-44 | up to 7 days beyond the current date |
45 or more | unable to schedule payments |
