When paying online via our portal with or with our quick pay option by ACH, whether one time or autopay, there are no fees associated with paying. If paying at either location with a debit card, there will be a $4.25 fee, which is retained by the debit card processing company, not by Roadrunner/Octane. ACH payments, using a checking account and routing number, are a cost-effective alternative to avoid this fee.
