You can create the following type of templates

Lead forms templates

You can embed a lead form in your website. When a new inquiry fills in the lead form on your website, a new project is automatically created in Octoa. All the information from the further inquiry is directly stored inside the project.

After installation, all new inquiries will go directly into your Octoa account, and you can manage them immediately.

Proposals templates

You can create predefined proposals that can be used in a new project. A proposal can consist of deliverables and option items that let your client choose items to add to the proposal.

Invoices templates

You can create predefined invoices that can be used in a project.

Contracts templates

You can create predefined contracts that can be used in each proposal you create within a project.

Products templates

You can create predefined products that can be selected in your proposal and invoice.

Email templates

You can create predefined emails that can be used within each project. You can use tokens that the actual content will replace. For example, the token @clientFirstName will be replaced by the client's first name. You can create emails for each language you have activated in your settings.

Questionnaires templates

You can create predefined questionnaires that can be used within each project. Questionnaires can be sent to a client to receive additional information. When the client submits the questionnaire, answers will be stored inside the project.

Workflows

You can create workflows to improve productivity and create more structure in managing your clients. Workflows consist of actions which are things you send out to your clients. Actions can be an email, proposal, or questionnaire, and you can choose to send out actions automatically if needed. Tasks are things you should not forget to do within each new project.

You can create as many templates as you need.
