Using @tokens is quite a time saver as it is used to quickly and accurately place client information. Quick example: if you use the @clientFirstName in an email, it will replace it with the client's first name. You can also check out the video where I explain the use of @tokens in more detail.

You can use the follow @tokens

Client information:

  • @clientFirstName

  • @clientLastName

  • @clientEmail

  • @clientCompanyName

  • @clientAddress

  • @clientPostalCode

  • @clientCity

  • @clientCountry

Project information:

  • @projectDate

  • @projectName

  • @location

Email templates

@tokens can be used in the Subject and Message of the email template. You can find your email templates here.
