An order becomes expired when you fail to meet your review deadline. You have 21 days to publish a review on Instagram and TikTok and 28 days to publish a YouTube review.

If you do not submit your review within these deadlines, your order will expire.

We understand mistakes happen, but brands send products in exchange for your content and opinion, and it’s important you provide that on time as promised.

Please note that after 3 expired credits, your Octoly account will be disabled, so please make sure you play by Octoly's Golden Rules!
