When your order is shipped, you need to notify us of your shipping problem as soon as possible. To do so, all you have to do is click “Signal a shipping problem” and we will be notified. Once you do this, the status of your order will change from “shipped” to “pending” and your deadline for posting the review will be frozen until the issue is resolved.
