Some brands take a teeny bit longer to answer their requests than others due to the sheer volume of requests they receive (each brand goes through each creator request manually). If you really like the product, we suggest you wait a little to see the brand’s answer! If there are other products you would like to order instead, you can cancel an order that has not yet been approved/disapproved by the brand anytime in your ‘Orders’ page.
