If a brand is not satisfied with your review, they may report it. After this, the Octoly team will look at your review to check if it doesn't meet Octoly's quality review guidelines. If it is the case, the review will then be deleted from your reviews on Octoly and you will have 5 days to publish a new review, respecting the deadline and the guidelines that the brand has shared.

Please note that after 2 deleted reviews for the same order, your credit for this order will be expired, and you will lose your credit forever. After 3 expired credits your Octoly account will be disabled, we recommend you follow these guidelines as we move toward improving the overall quality at Octoly! Playing by the rules will get you far in the game! 😉
