Once your request has been accepted by the brand, the product will be shipped directly to your doorstep!  

In the US, you should typically receive your product within 5-7 working days. In case your package has not reached you, we ask that you IMMEDIATELY notify us that you are experiencing a shipping issue.

Please fill out a shipping issue report located in the 'Order' section of your account next to the status of your product. This will mark your order as 'pending' notifying our shipping team of the delay and freezing your 21/28 day deadline.
