Octoparse operates on a subscription-based billing system. This means that once you pay for any of our plans or apply for a 14-day trial, you will automatically be subscribed to the plan and will be charged every month, quarter, or year depending on the plan you choose.
To ensure uninterrupted access to our tool, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. If you wish to cancel your subscription, make sure to do so at least one day before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
You will still have access to premium features until the accountcount expires after the cancelation.
How to cancel your subscription / trial
Note:
Canceling a subscription CANNOT be done inside the Octoparse software. You have to log in to our website.
If you subscribe with your PayPal account, canceling inside PayPal won't work. Please do cancel on our website.
After canceling, you will receive an email confirming the cancelation. If you don't receive it, please contact us (support@octoparse.com) for help.
We suggest that you record a video to show us how you try to cancel but fail to do it. This will help you apply for a refund if unexpected charges happen after the cancellation fails.
STEP 1: Log in to your account user center
STEP 2: Go to the Plan & Subscription
STEP 3: Click on Cancel Subscription
STEP 4: Click Cancel Now to confirm
What to do if I don't see the cancel button
You can always contact us (support@octoparse.com) to confirm if your subscription has been canceled or not.
Please note that the first month's fee after the 14-day trial ends is not refundable. Check out our refund policy here.
