The payment in question was processed within the first 5 days following the upgrade of your account from a free to a Basic/Standard/Professional subscription. It should be noted that any payments made after the 14-day trial period are not included.
The payment in question was processed within the first 5 days of automatic payment during a premium subscription period.

Please note that the transaction fee (approximately 4%) for payments made through PayPal or by credit card remains the responsibility of the customer. For instance, the refundable amount for a $249 Professional plan is $239 (rounded to the nearest dollar). This refund policy applies to both Software as a Service (SaaS) and Desktop as a Service (DaaS) plans.
