At Octoparse, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected and you may need to request a refund. This article outlines our refund policy and the steps you need to take to request a refund.


Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

If you meet these criteria, you may be eligible for a refund. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to review by our team.

  1. The payment in question was processed within the first 5 days following the upgrade of your account from a free to a Basic/Standard/Professional subscription. It should be noted that any payments made after the 14-day trial period are not included.

  2. The payment in question was processed within the first 5 days of automatic payment during a premium subscription period.

Please note that the transaction fee (approximately 4%) for payments made through PayPal or by credit card remains the responsibility of the customer. For instance, the refundable amount for a $249 Professional plan is $239 (rounded to the nearest dollar). This refund policy applies to both Software as a Service (SaaS) and Desktop as a Service (DaaS) plans.
