We're sad to see you go! But you can close your Octopus Charge account directly from the Octopus Charge app or website.
Head into your account and hit the 'Close account' button under ‘Manage account’. Once you've confirmed the closure, we'll send you an email to notify you that it's been successful - if you have any outstanding payments on your account, you'll need to settle these before we can complete the account deactivation.
Once your account has been settled, and you've received our email confirmation, you won't be able to charge using the app.
