Go to My Photoshoots → tap "Reschedule Project"
Select who is requesting the change: you or the Merchant
Select the reason
Upload proof of agreement with the Merchant (.jpg or .png)
Select a new date (within the next 15 days)
Confirm
Once confirmed, the original session is cancelled, the new one is scheduled immediately.
Rules to know
Max 2 reschedules per Project (combined Creator and Merchant)
A 3rd reschedule requires Ocus Staff validation — the Project may be put “on hold”
Late rescheduling may trigger an additional review and require extra proof
Frequent rescheduling lowers your reliability score and reduces your priority in the matching system.
