How to Reschedule a Project

Only reschedule when necessary — every reschedule is recorded and impacts your rating.

  1. Go to My Photoshoots → tap "Reschedule Project"

  2. Select who is requesting the change: you or the Merchant

  3. Select the reason

  4. Upload proof of agreement with the Merchant (.jpg or .png)

  5. Select a new date (within the next 15 days)

  6. Confirm

Once confirmed, the original session is cancelled, the new one is scheduled immediately.


Rules to know

  • Max 2 reschedules per Project (combined Creator and Merchant)

  • A 3rd reschedule requires Ocus Staff validation — the Project may be put “on hold”

  • Late rescheduling may trigger an additional review and require extra proof

Frequent rescheduling lowers your reliability score and reduces your priority in the matching system.
