How to Reschedule a Session

This article applies to both Clients and Merchants. The date no longer works. Here's how to request a new one.

  1. Open the Landing Page link sent to you by email or SMS

  2. Tap "Reschedule"

  3. Select a new date within the next 15 days

  4. Confirm — the Creator is notified automatically


Rules

  • Max 2 reschedules per Project (combined Client, Merchant, and Creator)

  • A 3rd reschedule requires Staff validation

  • The new date must be within the next 15 days

  • Subject to Creator availability

Frequent rescheduling delays your Project.

Confirm your availability internally before requesting a change.
