Why haven't I received a payment confirmation yet?

Where is my payment?

If you have included the correct payment reference, you will usually receive a payment confirmation email from Odin as soon as the funds land in our account.

If you are doing an international transfer, this can take up to 7 business days.

Local transfers can take up to one business day.

A local transfer is one where you're transferring from a GBP bank account to GBP bank account or USD to USD account or EUR to EUR account.

We manually reconcile payments at the beginning and end of every day to account for payments that landed but haven't been automatically reconciled.

If you still haven't received a confirmation by then, please email us at hello@joinodin.com with a receipt of your transfer including the payment reference used, so we can investigate.

If the bank details were wrong, the payment will bounce and land in your account after ~a week.
